Good for 3-4 servings
Ingredients: 1/3 cup of cocoa powder 3 cups of milk 2 or 3
sticks of cinnamon (optional) 1 tsp. of vanilla extract 1/4 cup
of sugar (optional) 1/4 tsp. salt
directions Pour milk into saucepan, add cinnamon sticks. Blend
in cocoa powder, sugar, salt and vanilla extract, stir until
chocolate is very hot. Do not let it boil, serve and enjoy.
Note: Cinnamon can be replace with whole cloves or nutmeg you
can also mix nutmeg, cinnamon and whole cloves for the ultimate
spicy flavor.
