Many counseling websites offer advice on a one on one sort of way. This is usually done by e-mail, but it could be done by other sources of communication. Please be careful not to reveal identifying personal information and use your own judgement when requesting advice. Determining and verifying qualifications of those offering advice over the Internet can be difficult.
